COMPLETE REFURBISHMENT OF A COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN MUNICH, RINDERMARKT

Gutting and The completely renovated and extended commercial building at Rindermarkt 5 in Munich is centrally located in relation to Alter Peter on Marienplatz, between the Kustermann building and the Jewish Community of Munich.
The central location and the very cramped space made logistical planning and execution difficult.
At the beginning of the construction project, 4 composite bridges and arcades were demolished in the inner courtyard.
The existing façade was subjected to extensive structural strengthening and now appears completely new.
