GUTTING AND GENERAL REFURBISHMENT OF THE FORMER ELISABETHINUM OLD PEOPLE'S HOME AND NURSING HOME

The property of the Liebenau Foundation was last used as a residential and nursing home for the elderly. In the course of the conversion and renovation measures, the building was first cleared out and the non-load-bearing components without walls were demolished.

This was followed by structural demolition and gutting with preservation and underpinning of the exterior walls, and then reconstruction and interior fitting with a total of 16 flats and a commercial unit on the ground floor of the front building.
