Completion of new construction of 11 apartment buildings in Grainau

At the beginning of the year, the fourth and thus last construction phase of the new building project in Grainau was successfully completed and occupied. After 6 years of construction, a housing estate with a total of 11 apartment buildings and 108 flats was built in 4 construction phases at the foot of the Zugspitze.

Tucher Consulting Engineers was commissioned with the work phases 6-8 and thus responsible for the tendering and site supervision - and thus ensuring the qualities and agreed deadlines. Despite the challenging circumstances of the last few years, such as the Corona pandemic and supply bottlenecks, all 4th construction phases were always completed on time and to the agreed quality.
