Nursing home for the elderly with inpatient care places, nursing flats and the associated storage, supply, communal and functional areas. Staff flats and areas for a full kitchen, laundry, underground parking spaces, technical and ancillary areas in the underground car park. The retirement home and the associated public areas were built in accordance with DIN 18024/18025, among others. School and workshop rooms incl. all ancillary rooms for a nursing academy are housed in the eastern three-storey building.
