This building project is a new construction of a full-function business according to VW modular architecture. Located in the centre of Munich, all functional areas of a modern car dealership are combined on a total of 7 levels:
New car sales for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, service area and reception, spare parts sales, dialogue reception, workshop with 47 lifting platform spaces, test rooms, vehicle delivery, used car exhibition and sales, vehicle preparation incl. car wash, development building with vehicle lift, underground customer garage, parking deck, office and social areas, staff canteen, training and meeting rooms.
